CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-047 <br /> APPROVAL OF A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSISSIPPI <br /> WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO) <br /> FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 471.59 authorizes governmental units to enter <br /> into intergovernmental agreements: and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Mississippi Watershed Management <br /> Organization (MWMO) are both governmental units as defined under <br /> Minnesota Statutes section 471.59; and <br /> WHEREAS, the MWMO desires to contract with the City of St. Anthony for the <br /> provision of a certain set of financial services as described in Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto ("the Services"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to assist the MWMO and has the ability to <br /> provide the Services to the extent and on the terms provided within the <br /> agreement <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Shared Services Agreement with the Mississippi <br /> Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for Financial Services. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2012. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: vlal <br /> City Manager <br />
