CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-048 <br /> APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON TO PROVIDE HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton currently has staff that provides human <br /> resources and other similar services to their city; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has determined that, in addition to providing <br /> human resources services for itself, their staff has time to provide certain <br /> similar services to the City of St. Anthony on a part-time basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, both parties can benefit from New Brighton providing these services to <br /> the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into this Agreement setting forth the terms by <br /> which New Brighton will perform the services on behalf of the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and the <br /> City of New Brighton to provide Human Resources Services. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2012. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Review for Administration: va� 4%,/ <br /> City Manager <br />
