CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-051 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN <br /> AGREEMENT WITH RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District Rule C.5 is difficult or impossible for the <br /> City of St. Anthony to achieve; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding is being developed by Rice Creek Watershed District and <br /> City Staff to facilitate efficient surface water quality improvements that are able to meet <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District Rules for future street and utility projects within the City of <br /> St. Anthony Village. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement with Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District for compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District Rules for future City <br /> improvements. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May , 2012. <br /> QL <br /> —Payor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F.•(Council Meetings120121052220121Res RCWD Alternative Compltance.docx <br />
