ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for street and utility reconstruction: <br /> ■ Edward Street from 35'h Avenue NE to 36'''Avenue NE <br /> ■ 36'h Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> The proposed improvement be referred to WSB&Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br /> to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the"Council in a preliminary way as to <br /> whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective,and feasible and as to whether it should <br /> best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br /> improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted this 12'h day of June, 2012. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: j <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: 14U <br /> City Manager <br /> F1Cmndl Meetigs110111061110111Res 11-055-Auth Femdo <br />
