CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 12-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2012 - 2015 HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SCORE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has made a portion of its Municipal Recycling Grant <br /> Revenues available to participating and eligible cities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds are used for the City's source-separated recyclables program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony will be entering into a four- <br /> year Residential Recycling Grant Agreement commencing on January 1, <br /> 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board adopted Resolution No. 11-0476S1 on November 29, 2011 <br /> that approved the Hennepin County Residential Recycling Funding Policy <br /> ("Funding Policy") for the period of January 1, 2012, through December 31, <br /> 2015. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves and submits two copies of the executed Residential Recycling Grant <br /> Agreement for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of Lune 2012. <br /> .5LC <br /> c� u:fid` <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Cler _ <br /> Review for Administration: ai <br /> 41",­ <br /> City Manager <br />
