CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-063 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE <br /> MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOURCE WATER PROTECTION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village has submitted an application to the Minnesota Department <br /> of Health for grant funding to assist with the implementation of the City's Source Water <br /> Protection Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Health has determined to provide funding for services <br /> performed during the grant activity period up to a maximum grant amount of$10,000. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village: <br /> 1) the City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village and the Minnesota Department of Health; and <br /> 2) the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute said Agreement <br /> for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village. <br /> Adopted this 26`h day of June, 2012. <br /> 4ayvor <br /> ATTEST: v/" <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: VaA <br /> City Manager <br />
