CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-069 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br /> FOR THE 2012 STORM WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above- <br /> referenced project, quotes were received,opened and tabulated, and the following quotes <br /> were received complying with the request: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> 1 E.J. Mayers Inc. $51,235.00 <br /> 2 Ellingson Drainage Inc. $63,710.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that E.J. Mayers, Inc. of Hamel, MN is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St.Anthony Village: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with E.J <br /> Mayers, Inc. in the amount of$51,235.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for <br /> the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the plans and specifications, <br /> therefore,approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
