ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-073 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER <br /> EASEMENT (Hennepin County Document#2524860) DESCRIBED BELOW <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village approves vacating the sanitary sewer easement in the <br /> following location: <br /> That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, ST. ANTHONY LANEL ADDITION; <br /> thence on an assumed bearing of North 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East, along a <br /> northwesterly line of said lot, a distance of 178.00 feet to an interior corner of said lot; thence North <br /> 38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, along a southwesterly line of said lot and its northwesterly <br /> extension, a distance of 183.00 feet to the center line of"Old St. Anthony and Taylors Falls Road" <br /> as shown on the plat of KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION; thence South 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 <br /> seconds West, along said center line, a distance of 435.46 feet to the most northerly northwest <br /> corner of the plat of KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION: thence on a bearing of East, along the north <br /> line of said KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION, a distance of 215.47 feet to the northeast corner of <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, KENZIE TERRACE ADDITION; thence continue on a bearing of East a distance <br /> of 113.81 feet to a southwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, ST. ANTHONY LANEL ADDITION, <br /> which corner bears South 38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 22.28 feet from the <br /> point of beginning; thence North 38 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, along a southwesterly <br /> line of said Lot 1, a distance of 22.28 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part thereof lying within the right-of-way of Old St. Anthony and <br /> Taylors Falls Road n/k/a Kenzie Terrace (Co.
