ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-074 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 14,2011,a report was prepared by <br /> WSB&Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> ■ Edward Street from 35`h Avenue NE to 36'h Avenue NE <br /> ■ 36`h Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost <br /> effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of$2,100,000. <br /> 2) WSB&Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
