CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-075 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 2012- 2014 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC. #186 LOCAL REPRESENTING <br /> THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT LICENSED EMPLOYEES <br /> AND THE CITY OF ST.
