ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 12-084 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br /> FOR THE 2012 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the <br /> above-referenced project, bids were received,opened and tabulated according to law,and the <br /> following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Contractor Total Bid <br /> I New Look Contracting, Inc. $257,325.46 <br /> 2 Kuechle Underground,Inc. $280,011.60 <br /> 3 Veit&Company, Inc. $289,601.89 <br /> 4 G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. $338,700.25 <br /> 5 Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. $342,028.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc. of Elk River, MN is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with New <br /> Look Contracting, Inc. in the amount of$257,325.46 in the name of the City of St.Anthony Village, <br /> Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the plans and <br /> specifications,therefore,approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
