CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12-095 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING PARTICIPATION <br /> IN THE "FIRE AND RESCUE SHARED SERVICES <br /> FEASIBILITY STUDY GRANT PROGRAM" <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council, by resolution, supports the application for and <br /> participation in the "Fire and Rescue Shared Services Feasibility Study Grant <br /> Program"as administrated by the Minnesota State Fire Marshal, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony recognizes the City of Columbia Heights as the lead <br /> jurisdiction in the grant application, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony also recognizes the City of Columbia Heights as the <br /> lead jurisdiction to enter into the grant agreement on behalf of all participating <br /> agencies, and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony authorizes the St. <br /> Anthony Fire Department to act on the City's behalf and participate in the shared services study <br /> process. <br /> ADOPTED: This day, December 11, 2012 <br /> erome O.
