Planning Board Minutes 12/18/73. Hewlett-Packard Building. Action: Recommend to give concept approval pending all find approvals, permits, etc. required. 5. Public Hearing-None 6. Ordinances/Resolutions a. Ordinance 100 Rules for Organization and Procedures of the Council: Annually at the 1st meeting of the year the Council should review and amend if deemed desireable Ordinance 100. Action: Council b. Ordinance 1974-001 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE. The attached ordinance simply corrects a mistake or typing error that has existed since original passage of the Fire Prevention Code. Action: Recommend approval. c. Resolution 1974-001 thru 010. The attached resolutions are routine resolutions we are required to pass at the 1st meeting of each year. Action: Recommend we adopt all of the resolutions and retain all of the firms or individuals indicated in the resolutions. d. Resolution 73-056 RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1973 BUDGET. The attached resolution accomplishes a routine bookkeeping procedure by providing for transfer of budgeted funds from accounts that have surplus amounts to accounts that have deficits. 7. Old Business a. Snow Removal Agreement with Hennepin County. St. Anthony has for many years contracted with Hennepin County to perform snow plowing and other minor routine maintenance on Hennepin County Roads for the county to save them the expense of deadheading all the way across Minneapolis to perform these operations. I will provide copies of the agreement at the meeting. Under this years agreement the Village will be reimbursed at the same rate as in 1973• The reimbursement was increased in 1971 and 1972 and we should reevaluate it again in 1975•
