Ordinance 1974-003-An Ordinance Relating to the Reimbursement of <br /> Employees for Use of Their Personal Automobiles: Amending Sub. 1 of Section <br /> 135:87 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances. Larry has prepared the attached <br /> ordinance but left the amount per mile for the Council to determine.1 would <br /> recommend that we pay at least 12 cents per mile and feel there is probably <br /> justification for paying even more based on the latest operating cost <br /> reports. <br /> ACTION: Establ-joh;)amort per mile, approve 1st reading. <br /> • b. Ordinance 1974-002 An ordinance relating to Signs. . .2nd reading <br /> T. Old Business <br /> 8. New Business <br /> a. Award water press-are project bids. . .Ice will present tabulation as bids <br /> won't be opened until noon 3- 26-74. <br /> 9. Communications & Petitions <br /> a. St. Paul Assoc. for Eetarded Citizens. Last year we participated in the <br /> day camping program for St. Anthony residents. All reports I receive are <br /> very favorable. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> b. Metro Transit Commission-Regarding route changes. Mrs. Haik requested <br /> that I contact MTC again regarding service to the eastern portion of the <br /> City. I received the attached response from the MTC. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we urge them to make proposed change as soon as possible. <br /> c. Larry Vickrey regarding Northdale Construction. Larry will discuss with <br /> Council. <br /> • ACTION: Recommend approval. <br />
