Human Relations Minutes 6/18/74 - Review and file <br /> b. Letter-Richard Carlson Planning Commission Member re: resignation <br /> from Planning Commission. With Mr. Carl-son's resignation we have 2 <br /> openings to interview for on July 15th at 7 P.M. <br /> ACTION: Accept Mr. Carlson's resignation and send letter of thanks <br /> etc. to Mr. Carlson <br /> 5. Public Hearing <br /> 6. Ordinances/Resolutions <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> a. Discussion re: Village Newsletter. Preparation of the fall Newsletter <br /> should begin shortly but I would like to have the Council discuss our <br /> present Newsletter program in regard to frequency of publication, <br /> format, content, etc. before the staff begins to put it together. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> b. Discussion of Community Youth Representative Program sponsored by <br /> Human Relations Committee-the enclosed minutes indicate the council's <br /> action regarding the programs funding for 1974. An additional $400 <br /> will be needed to fund the program for the full year. <br /> ACTION: Based upon HRC request and my own observations and analysis <br /> I would recommend we fund program for remainder of this year. <br /> Next years funding will be determined at budget time. <br /> 8. New Business <br /> a. County of Ramsey re: Installation of stop signs. Enclosed is the reply <br /> I received from Ramsey County Engineer, Deane Ankla.n regarding the <br /> installation of stop signs at Silver Lane until the signal is installed. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> b. Comstock & Davis regarding plat of St. Anthony Office Park. Enclosed <br /> you will find a copy of Land Surveyor's Certificate of Correction to <br /> Plat for St. Anthony Office Park. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval so final plat can be prepared and presented <br /> to City for our approval. <br /> 9. Communications/Petition <br /> a. Petition regarding tennis facilities at Emerald Park. <br /> ACTION: Recommend petition be referred to Community Services Advisory <br /> Board for their recommendation. <br />
