O <br /> ACTION: Recommend we inform Hennepin County we have no intention of <br /> participating in costs relating to improvements they plan. <br /> c. Metro Council-Request for participation regarding recommendations to <br /> legislature. The information from the Metro Council is enclosed. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> d. Rick Johnson regarding drainage problem at 3306 Belden Drive. Mr. <br /> Johnson will present at the meeting. The problem Mr. Johnson wants to <br /> discuss is in regard to a storm sewer that the city has through his property <br /> that interfers with where he wants to locate a new house on the property. <br /> In no circumstances would I recommend that we allow him to build over the <br /> line. Either the line should be moved and the proposed house should be <br /> located so it won't be over the storm sewer. <br /> 9. Communications/Petitions <br /> a. Letter-Irwin Lamppa Construction regarding sub contractor for water <br /> project. Enclosed you will find a letter from Mr. Lamppa. <br /> ACTION: Ice Comstock will have a recommendation for the council. <br /> b. George M. Hansen Company regarding 1975 audit. Letter is enclosed for <br /> your information. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we request George M. Hansen Co. to perform 1975 audit. <br /> • c. Metro Council letter regarding Regional Rec. Open Space. Letter <br /> enclosed. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we request that they include Salvation Army Camp as <br /> future site. <br /> d. Comstock & Davis letter regarding St. Paul Sanitary Sewer Billing 1970 <br /> letters enclosed. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we approve payment. <br /> 10. Reports <br /> a. Investment Report-Informational <br /> b. Addition to Election Judges List-Letter from Dorsey enclosed. <br /> ACTION: Recommend appointment as submitted by clerk. <br /> c. Ramsey County has <br /> scheduled a public hearing for 7:30 P.M.
