Resolution 74-027 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PAVING, <br /> CURB AND GUTTER PROJECT IMPROVEMENT 1973-1. Resolution must be <br /> adopted so we can certify assessments to County for collection. I <br /> would recommend we set the interest rate at 8% and spread the <br /> assessment for no more than 5 years. <br /> b. Resolution 74-028 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972-1. Resolution must be adopted so <br /> we can certify the assessment to the County for collection. I would <br /> recommend we set the interest rate at 7% on above and spread the <br /> assessment for 10 years. <br /> • c. Resolution 74-029 RESOLUTION APPROVING 1975 BUDGET. Resolution <br /> must be adopted so we can certify budget to County for collection. <br /> The levy figure is not included because we haven't received the 280 <br /> forms from the State but I will have an estimate on the final figure <br /> for you. <br /> d, Resolution 74-030 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 68-040 A RESOLUTION <br /> ESTABLISHING A HUMAN REIATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The only change <br /> in the resolution is the deletion of the word voting_ in Section 3 <br /> next to last sentance. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval so student members of committee will be <br /> entitled to remain as members. <br /> 8. New Business <br /> a. YMCA Xmas Tree Lot. The YMCA has sold trees for several years and we <br /> have had few problems. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> b. Election Judges. Carol Johnson, City Clerk recommends 4g6intment <br /> of the attached list of election judges for the general election 11/5/74. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> toc. Paul C. Broberg re: Xmas Tree Sales Lot in Wards Garden Center at <br /> Apache Plaza. There has been a sales lot at Apache for the past two <br /> years and few problems have been detected except thefts and moving into <br /> Ward fenced in area should help stop this. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval. <br />
