Resolution 75-037 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET. This <br /> resolution will transfer monies received from the St. Anthony School <br /> District and Columbia Heights for gasoline from the miscellaneous rev enue <br /> account into the account from which we purchase gasoline. The transfer <br /> is needed to provide funds for gasoline the remainder of the year. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> b. Ordinance 1975-007 AN ORDIt1AHCE RELATING TO THE PARKING OF VEHICLES: <br /> • AMENDING SECTION 720:05 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> This amendment will allow the police department to tow cars after 3 h ours <br /> for snow plowing, etc. if the police department feels it is a traffic <br /> impediment. Both the maintenance department and the police department <br /> have requested the amendment. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> c. Resolution regarding improvement of 29th Avenue. The re- <br /> solution wasn' t available when the agenda was being prepared but hope- <br /> fully we will be able to enclose it for you. Ice will be at the meeting <br /> with cost figures you requested. <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> a. Suburban Public Health Nursing Service-Memo Attached. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> b. Purchase of Service Agreement with Metro Council-The agreement has <br /> been revised and I believe should take care of the the city attorney's <br /> concerns. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval provided the City Attorney approves. <br /> 3. New Business <br /> a. Letter from George M. Hansen Company regarding audit for 1975. <br /> The price quoted would be approximately what we paid the public examiner <br /> in 1970. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we have George M.
