Ordinance 1975-007 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PARKI PIG OF VEHICLES <br /> AHEIID I NG SECTION 720:05 OF THE 1973 CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES. I reviewed the ordinance with the <br /> police chief and he recommends as he did the first time 1 brought the <br /> ordinance to the Council that the 2 hour provision be in the ordinance, he <br /> also recommends that April lst be used instead of May 1st as the ground <br /> thaws by May 1st and those parking on lawns to avoid the street will <br /> ruin their lawns and the boulevard. <br /> • ACTION: Council <br /> b. Resolution 75-041 RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET. <br /> The adoption of this resolution will provide for transferring $3,374.00 <br /> from the Court Fine Account to the budget for the prosecuting attorney <br /> which is over expended. The monies being transferred from the Court <br /> Fine Account are in excess of the revenue we anticipated in the budget. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval . <br /> C. Resolution 75-042. RESOLUTION MODIFYING TIME 1975 BUDGET. This <br /> resolution will allow the city treasurer to transfer funds from accounts <br /> that have surplus funds in them into accounts that are short or will be <br /> short. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval . <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> a. TAP 29th ? <br /> 8. Mew Business <br /> a. Discuss meeting dates for the remainder of 1975• Our regularly <br /> scheduled meeting dates for the remainder of 1975 fall on some dates when <br /> it might be difficult for the council and/or residents to attend meetings <br /> i .e. November 11-Veterans Day, Plovember 25th two days before Thanksgiving, <br /> December 23rd two days before Christmas. Therefore I would recommend <br /> • that we meet on the lst and 3rd Tuesday in November and the lst and 3rd <br /> Tuesday in December. Meeting on these dates would allow us to double up <br /> some meetings also. The 'November 4th meeting is election evening so we <br /> could canvas the election and the December 2nd meeting we have scheduled <br /> to hold a hearing regarding the zoning ordinance so we could do that <br /> along with our regular meeting that evening. <br /> ACTION: Council <br />
