If we decide to join this year the total amount we could qualify for would be less than $10,000 according to their old formula and they discussed changing the formula in a manner that would mean we would probably get less. I would estimate that approximately one-fourth to one-half of the total money we would receive would be expended to administer the appiication,etc. If we join the joint powers group we wouldn't necessarily have to apply for a grant or spend any money at this time but we always could and the group would have the total grant amount available increased because of our added population , etc. f.
