Letter from Sue Sinna, Ramsey County Family Day Care Associ- <br /> ation, requesting the refund of the $10 .00 fee for a con- <br /> ditional permit request for a day care center. A staff member <br /> of the state Department of Welfare told me that Ms. Sinna 's <br /> position is correct and she was to consult her legal consel <br /> and send a letter confirming that. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> 8.
