(Memo attached from Hennepin County) <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval so the City isn 't faced with <br /> ungoing costs for operation of 911 related systems . <br /> B. Resolution 77-017. A resolution authorizing submission of <br /> the City of St. Anthony revised grant application to Hennepin <br /> County for inclusion in the Urban Hennepin County Community <br /> Development Block Grant Application, in accord with the <br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 . <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval to take advantage of increased <br /> funds alloted. <br /> C. Licensing Ordinance. Attached find an ordinance re: licensing <br /> prepared by the City Attorney. I have discussed the Council 's <br /> consideration of this ordinance with Jim Fornell and Larry <br /> Vickrey and the attached memo highlighting concerns about the <br /> ordinance. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval. <br /> D. An Ordinance relating to licensing of bicycles . Ordinance <br /> attached. I feel we should have some type of ordinance to aid <br /> in recovery and return of bicycles. <br /> • ACTION: Recommend approval. <br />
