The Police <br /> Department has requested that it be amended again. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> B. Resolution 77-021. Resolution modifying the 1977 Budget. <br /> Adoption of this resolution will provide for transfer of <br /> funds from the Council 's Contingency and Liquor Funds to <br /> the Finance and Accounting Budget for uniform allowances <br /> for the Clerical Staff. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> C. Resolution 77022. Approving Lease of Public Safety Radio <br /> Communication Equipment from Hennepin County. The lease <br /> covers all of our police and fire radio equipment. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> D. Resolution 77!023. Relating to the Apportionment of Special <br /> Assessments for Local Improvements. Resolution attached. <br /> This resolution is necessary so Ramsey County will continue <br /> to collect the assessments on the property. <br /> • ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br />
