Ordinance relating to Land Use, amending <br /> the city zoning map as adopted by section 300 of the 1973 <br /> Code of Ordinances of the City of St. Anthony. This ordinance <br /> will accomplish the rezoning the Council approved on Foss Road. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> B. Ordinance 1977-005, Licensing of cigarette sales. This ordin- <br /> ance will accomplish the change in the expiration of the <br /> cigarette license as we approved earlier. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> C. Resolution 77-024. Resolution Transferring CETA Monies received <br /> to Payroll, pensions and insurance accounts . This resolution <br /> will allow the treasurer to transfer monies received to the <br /> proper accounts . <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> D. Resolution 77-025. A Resolution modifying the 1977 Budget. <br /> This resolution will transfer receipts from the pop machines <br /> in the warming houses into the park department where the funds <br /> for the pop were dispersed from. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br />
