I will have a slide <br /> presentation at the meeting and a written narrative to go with it <br /> at the meeting. <br /> ACTION: Council. <br /> 8. New Business <br /> A. Bids for Concrete, Oil, Aggregate and Blacktop Bids and specs <br /> are attached. The prices quoted will be checked further where <br /> there were no competitive bids . Most of the prices appear to <br /> be quite good though. The blacktop is less than last year. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we accept low bids . <br /> 9 . Communications/Petitions <br /> • A. Discussion of Joint Council Planning Commission meeting regarding <br /> variances, conditional use permits , etc. <br />
