• ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> E. Ordinance 1977-011 relating to restriction on the use of <br /> trucks on City streets . This ordinance will bring our <br /> ordinance regarding use of pickups on St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> into conformity with the Park Board Minneapolis Ordinance. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> F. Resolution 77-030. Resolution modifying the 1977 Budget. <br /> The attached resolution will allow the transfer of existing <br /> reserves to pay for Well repairs that were found necessary <br /> : and exceeded budgeted funds. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> A. Discussion of Wind Screens for tennis courts. Councilman <br /> Sundland requested that this be on the Agenda again. As I <br /> mentioned before, this expenditure is not budgeted for. In <br /> addition, Ifeel quite strongly that the screens would be ruined <br /> by vandals in short order. We have had extensive damage in <br /> the parks recently and the tennis nets and support cables <br /> have been damaged repeatedly by persons tightening them too <br /> tight with the new tighteners we installed this spring. <br /> • ACTION: Council. <br /> B. Letter from Legion Post #513 regarding convention - Letter <br /> attached. Informational. <br /> C. Letter of Confirmation from Christen Trucking regarding <br /> Legion - Letter attached. (2) A copy of a <br /> petition that will be presented at the meeting approving the <br /> closing of Skycroft Drive and Maplewood.
