Planning Board Minutes - 7/19/77 <br /> 5. Public Hearings - None <br /> 6 . Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> A. Resolution 77-033 - A Resolution Modifying the 1977 Budget. <br /> The resolution will increase the appropriation to expenditure <br /> account 425-33 to reflect additional revenue received from <br /> organizations using our gas pumps on a cost plus basis. <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> • B. Resolution 77-034 - A Resolution Terminating Fund No. 55 and <br /> Transferring the Money Therein to the General Fund Reserve. <br /> The resolution will transfer the existing funds and receivables <br /> in Fund No. 55 to the General Fund reserve. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval . <br /> C. Handicapped Parking Ordinance. Enclosed are ordinances from <br /> three other municipalities. I suggest the Council give the <br /> City Attorney some direction for the preparation of the City's <br /> ordinance. <br /> ACTION: Review and advise. <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> A. State of Minnesota - Levy Limit increase. <br /> ACTION: File, informational. <br /> 8. New Business - None <br /> 9 . Communications and Petitions <br /> A. Memo from Hennepin County re: tax forfeit land in the City. The <br /> City can acquire the land for public use purposes, if desired. <br /> Because the parcel is land-locked, I don 't see any advantage <br /> in the City acquiring it. <br /> • ACTION: Recommend approving the resolution authorizing <br /> public sale. <br />
