Letter from G. M. Hanson Company, City auditor. I believe that <br /> the Council is aware of several of the auditor' s concerns and <br /> I believe we will address many of them either before the 1978 <br /> budget is adopted or during the proposed review of the financial <br /> situation of the City after the first of the year. <br /> ACTION: Discuss and File <br /> B. Animal Humane Society request for funding. Due to our own <br /> budgetary problems, I recommend that the City not make a contri- <br /> bution. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> C. North Suburban Developmental Achievement Center, Inc. As you <br /> are aware, the City declined to assist in the funding of the <br /> Center in 1977. While there are two individuals receiving <br />
