I do not know if the types of activities <br /> in Ordinance 1978-011 are considered "land uses" in the ordinance. <br /> Any control over these activities in the zoning ordinance is <br /> rather indirect at best. <br /> ACTION: Reject, Modify or Adopt. <br /> B. Ordinance 1979-002 . An Ordinance Relating To Water Department <br /> Regulations And Water Charges And Rates , Amending Portions Of <br /> Sections 245 and 550 Of The 1973 Code Of Ordinances . Staff has <br /> reviewed this and at this time has not suggested changes . <br /> ACTION: First Reading. <br /> C. Ordinance 1979-003. An Ordinance Relating To The Parking Of <br /> Vehicles Amending Section 720 .05 Of The 1973 Code Of Ordinances . <br /> This could help. I am a little concerned about getting a snowfall <br /> after permission has been granted - under this ordinance parkers <br /> couldn't be tagged or towed. <br /> ACTION: First Reading. <br /> D. Resolution 79-013. A Resolution Calling For A Public Hearing On <br /> Street Improvement Project 1979-001. A memo and a project <br /> feasibility study are enclosed. <br /> 40 ACTION: Council. <br />
