I do not feel an <br /> Affirmative Action Plan is absolutely necessary at this time. <br /> I agree that the Committee should not be expected to draft a <br /> Plan but I see the Plan as a relatively low priority in terms <br /> of limited staff time. <br /> • 5. Agenda Additions or Modifications <br /> 6. Public Hearings - None <br /> 7 . Ordinances and Resolutions - None <br /> 8 . Old Business <br /> A. Installation of traffic signal. According to the letter it <br /> sounds like we formally committed funds which we did not do-only <br /> if it is satisfactory to the City. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> 9 . New Business <br /> A. Maintenance Service Agreement - Ramsey County <br /> ACTION: Recommend Approval. <br /> 10 . Communications/Petitions <br /> A. George Moore - request for street light. A street light may <br /> help. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> B. Parking on Highcrest Road. I sent out a "ballot" to residents <br /> 0 and requested them back by March 12th, indicating preference. <br /> ACTION: Council. <br />
