We will receive bids on <br /> September 5 and should have a total cost estimate by <br /> then. We anticipate it will not exceed $75 ,000 . I <br /> would like to schedule a special meeting in the late <br /> afternoon of September 5 to award the contract. <br /> ACTION: Schedule special meeting if we can get a quorum. <br /> 9 . New Business <br /> A. Schedule budget meetings . I expect to distribute the <br /> proposed bucget by September 7 at the latest. I sug- <br /> gest scheduling about two budget meetings before October <br /> 9 , when the budget must be approved and the tax levy <br /> certified. <br /> O <br />
