Ordinance 1979-008 . An ordinance establishing a Board of <br /> Health, an advisory committee to the Board of Health, and <br /> providing for the enforcement of health laws, ordinances <br /> and orders. <br /> ACTION: Modify as desired, approve first reading. <br /> C. Resolution 79-085. A resolution establishing a travel <br /> advance and reimbursement policy. (This will help increase <br /> our control. ) <br /> ACTION: Recommend adoption. <br /> D. Resolution 79-086 . A resolution vacating a portion of <br /> Sunset Lane as platted in Moundsview Acres, 2nd Addition. <br /> ACTION: See 12/11/79 Planning Commission minutes . <br /> 8 .
