MINUTES OF CCUNCI! MEETING <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> JANUARY 26, 1965 <br /> 1 . CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor James H. <br /> McNulty at 8:10 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following councilmen were present at roll call: <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Attorney, and Village Clerk. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon order by Mayor McNulty the minutes were read and approved. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorensor` seconded by Councilman Bailey, the matter of <br /> the vacation of a portion of Belden Drive Circ14 as requested in the petition of the Nativity <br /> Lutheran Church, was removed from the table. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor McNulty relinquished chair to Mayor Pro tem Dougherty because of interest as an <br /> abutting property owner. <br /> Mayor Pro tem Dougherty ordered the Public Hearing officially closed. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved to <br /> adopt resolution it vacating a portion of Belden Drive. <br /> 46,-00.7 <br /> RESOLUTION # 6.5-- ooh <br /> RESOLUTION TO ABANDON AND VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS <br /> WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> Voting on the Resolution: Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, Erickson, Sorenson <br /> Noy:None <br /> Abstaining: McNulty <br />_ The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Counc i Iman Erickson, seconded by Counc i Iman Bo i ley, the Manager was <br /> instructed to withhold any grading permits and not allow any work to be done on the westerly <br /> parking lot pending re-suibmission of plans for said parking lot when the division of the <br /> vacated portion of Belden Drive is completed-. The motion carried unanimously. <br />
