MIA?UTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded_ by Councilman <br /> Sorenson, it was moved to waive reading and approve the minutes <br /> of the meeting of January 26, 1965 as corrected. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman <br /> Bailey, it ;!as moved to waive reading and approve the minutes <br /> of the meeting of February 2 , 1965, as corrected. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 40 `PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> TTone <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS & 03DIIUNCES. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman <br /> Sorenson, it was moved to refer the matter of cancellation of <br /> assessments on lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 , Block 12 , Mounds View <br /> Acres, Second Addition back to staff for resolution, removing <br /> the assessment on Foss Road and Highcrest Road and assessing <br /> the 37th Ave. ATE frontage <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> i <br />
