Page 3 Minutes 2-9-65 • Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved to authorize Village Manager to negotiate with Local #792 of the Teamsters and report at the regular meeting of February 23, 19650 The motion carried unanimously. Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved to authorize the Mayor and Village Manager to enter into agreement with Brauer and Associates for park consulting services during 1965; said agreement subject to approval of the Village Council. The motion carried unanimously. Upon order of the Mayor, the report of the Business and Indust- rial Development Committee was received and filed. Upon order of the Mayor , the report from the Village Manager on the status of Highway 35W plans was received and filed. Upon order of the Mayor, the minutes of the Park Board meeting of February 4, 1965 were received and filed. Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was moved to authorize the Village Manager to release funds from the water utility for purchase of the 1965 water meter stock, said meters to be financed from surplus water funds. Voting on the motion: Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, Erickson, McNulty, Sorenson Nay: None The motion carried unanimously. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it was moved to authorize verified claims and approve payment. The motion carried unanimously. Upon motion by Mayor McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was moved to approve payment of Estimate No. 2 to Petersen- Templin Co. in the amount of `;Y6658o48 for work completed at the Silver Point Park Shelter Building.
