Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br /> Village of Ste Anthony <br /> February 23 , 1965 <br /> to CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br /> of St. Anthony, Minnesota was called to Arder by Mayor James <br /> H. McNulty at 8 :00 FM. <br /> 20 ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Bailey, <br /> it was moved to waive reading and approve the minutes of the <br /> meeting of February 9, 1965 , as submitted. <br /> • The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4e PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5 . RESOL_UT_IONS AND ORDI_NANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Sorenson, <br /> it was moved to table action on the resolution appropriating <br /> money from the general fund reserve to pay omitted advalorem <br /> levies , deferred and cancelled special assessments and <br /> establishing a schedule for amortization of said liabilities. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman <br /> Erickson, it was moved to waive reading and adopt Resolution <br /> No. 65-019 appropriating money from the general fund reserve <br /> to cover unbudgeted items in the Municipal Parks Account. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-019 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE <br /> TO ACCOUNT 475 (MUNICIPAL PARKS) FOR 1965 PARK CONSTRUCTION <br /> PROGRAM AND SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION SERVICES. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, Erickson, McNulty,Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
