MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. A1ITHONY <br /> MARCH 16, 19155 <br /> i1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> A special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> tailed to order by Mayor McNulty at 8:30 P.M. in the Board Chambers at St. <br /> Anthony High School. <br /> 2. ROLL :ALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call . <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> The Village Council was joined in meeting by the St. Anthony Independent <br /> School District No. 282 School Board and the St. Anthony Park and Recreation <br /> Advisory Committee. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Erickson it was <br /> moved to authorize a land survey of the area near the tennis courts to determine <br /> the correct legal description of the property to be conveyed between I.S.D. #282 <br /> and St. Anthony Village; cost of said survey to be shared equally by the <br /> School District and the Village. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon ration by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved to instruct the Village Manager to prepare resolution appropriating <br /> $2,324.00 from the general fund reserve to finance 1965 parks construction for <br /> the meeting of March 23, 1965 and to adopt Resolution Nq. 65-029 awarding the <br /> contract for 1965 Parks construction to Victor Carlson and Sons. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-029 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR 1965 PARKS CONSTRUCTION TO VICTOR CARLSON b SONS <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,724.00 SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY DISPOSITION OF THE LAND <br /> CONVEYANCE WITH ST. ANTHONY I.S.D. #282. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty the Village Manager was instructed to exchange <br /> minutes of this meeting with the I.S.D. 0282 School Board. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved to adjourn. <br /> The motion carried unanimously.
