• MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> March 23, 1965 <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor James H. McNulty on Tuesday, March 23, 1965 at <br /> 8:00 PM. <br /> 2. ROLL GALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> 1d. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Also, present were the Village Manager, Village Clerk, Village Attorney <br /> and the Village Engineer. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it <br /> was moved to waive reading and approve minutes of the meetings of March 9, <br /> • 1965 and March 16, 1965. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, <br /> it was moved to waive reading and adopt Resolution No. 65-030 designating <br /> Stinson Blvd. from 37th Avenue NE to Silver Lane as a Municipal State Aid <br /> Street jointly with Columbia heights. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-030 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING STINSON BOULEVARD FROM 37th AVENUE NE TO SILVER LANE <br /> AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET JOINTLY WITH COLUMBIA HEIGHTS <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved to waive reading and adopt Resolution No. 65-031 signifying willingness <br /> to assume responsibility for St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to <br /> proposed Highway 351"1 provided a connection to and under T. H. 35VI is provided. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-031 <br /> RESOLUTION SIGNIFYING UILLINGNESS TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ST. ANTHONY <br /> BOULEVARD FROM STINSON BOULEVARD TO PROPOSED HIGHWAY 351! PROVIDED A CONNECTION <br /> TO AND UNDER T. H. 351.1 IS PROVIDED. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
