Agenda Item 3c MINUTES OF SPECIAL CO'UNTIL MEETING VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY April 6, 1;'65 CALL TO ORDER Upon due call and written consent, a special meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor McNulty at 7:45 PM. ROLL CALL The following members were present and approved the call of a special meeting: Robert Bailey !!. R. Dougherty George Erickson James H. McNulty Richard Sorenson Also, present were the Village Manager and the Village Clerk. Upon motion by Mayor McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-034 Urging the 1965 Legislature to Include all of St. Anthony in a Legislative District that is Identified with the C��f-.r.ty of Hennepin. RESOLUTION No. 65-034 RESOLUTION URGING THE 1965 LEGISLATURE TO INCLUDE ALL OF ST. ANTHONY IN Is A LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT TI-?AT IS IDENTIFIED 14ITH THE COUNTY OF HENNEPIN Voting on the Motion: Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, Erickson., McNulty, Sorenson Nay: None The motion carried unanimously. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved to initiate action to require I.S.D. #232 to reconvey all of the property conveyed by the Village on Jan.24, 1962, described as That part of out 1 of 1 lying E of the Pd 1 y extension of 1! line of E z of SW 4 of NE w Pec. 6-T 29-R23 and the ,! 270 ft of S 120 ft of N1-2 of SF! of NE L ex road sec. 6-T29-R23, if no satisfactory disposition of the error in the original conveyance respecting the lands required for the construction of tennis courts as outlined in the "master park pian" is arrived at by May 1 , 19659 and instructing the Village Manager to provide copies of the motion to the c(tpui inf::miident and each member of the I.S.D. #232 Board by registered mail .
