CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. <br /> Anthony was called to order by Mayor McNulty on Tuesday, May 11, 1965, <br /> at 8:00 PM. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard K. Sorenson <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Clerk, Village <br /> Attorney, and Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey, <br /> it was moved to waive reading and approve the Council Minutes of the <br /> April 27, 1965 meeting as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5, RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, <br /> it was moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-042 calling upon Ramsey County <br /> to construct and maintain a roadway along Silver Lane east of Silver Lake <br /> Road. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-042 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING UPON RAMSEY COUNTY JOINTLY WITH THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br /> BRIGHTON TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A ROADWAY ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY OF <br /> THE VILLAGES OF NEW BRIGHTON AND ST.
