CALL TO ORDER <br /> A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by Mayor McNulty at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 25, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at Roll Call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, <br /> and Village Consulting Engineer. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was <br /> moved to waive reading and approve the minutes of May 11 , 1965, and May 17, <br /> 1965, as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> • 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-049, Ordering Hearing on Street Improvement <br /> 7420-65-2 and Ordering Plans and Specifications for the making of the <br /> improvement. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-049 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC <br /> HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT 7420-65-2 <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-050 signifying willingness of the Village of <br /> St. Anthony to participate in a cooperative approach to the solution of the <br /> drainage problem relative to County Ditch No. 3. <br />
