Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to approve the proposed division of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. <br /> 365 into two 62 ' x 295' lots, and to grant variance from the minimum frontage <br /> requirements as outlined in Ordinance No. 66 as requested by J. R.
