CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor McNulty at, 8:05 P, M, on Tuesday, June 22, 1965• <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll calla <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> George Erickson <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Engineer, Village Building <br /> Inspector and the Public Works Superintendent. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to approve the minutes of the regular council meeting of June a, <br /> 1965, be approved as submitted. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Mayor McNulty announced that this was the time and place to hold a public <br /> hearing on the petition of the property owners in the St. Anthony Industrial <br /> Park to install a permanent surface on Anthony Lane from 29th Avenue N. E. to <br /> the East Corporate Limits. There were no objections voiced upon presentation <br /> of the proposed improvement. <br /> After hearing all the comments from the floor the hearing was closed. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-054 Ordering Plans For Street Improvement <br /> 7420-65-2 and combining said improvement with Street Improvement 7417-65-2. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-054 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 7420-65-2 AND COM INING SAID <br /> IMPROVEMENT WITH STREET IMPROVEMENT 7417-65-2 <br /> ro The motion carried. <br />
