r Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by -Councilman- Bai-ley, it was moved to accept the Planning Board recommendation and approve the final • plans for construction of the Apache Medical Building. as- submitted by Hickey and Little, Inc., Architects for Apache Corporation, with the understanding that concrete parking curbs be installed throughout the Medical Building park- ing area within one year from the date of completion of the Building. Said approval subject to approval of the Village Engineers and Building Inspector. Th motion carried. Upon order of Mayor McNulty the Village Manager was instructed to obtain quotations from planning constultants to make a comprehensive study of traffic and future development of the commercial area along "enzie Terrace. Upon order of Mayor McNulty it is noted in the minutes that Melba P. Evanson appeared regarding a claim for award on a street easement taken from Lot 5, Block 6, Gardina Acres. Mrs Evanson was informed that the claim is not a valid claim. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved to instruct the Village Attorney and Building Inspector to prepare the necessary forms to order removal of the building at 3912 Foss Road owned by Clifford Moser and the greenhouse framing at 34th Avenue N. E. and Stinson nlvd. The motion carried. 8. OLD BUSINESS Upon motion by Mayor McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dailey, it was moved to deny the claim of R. L. Crouse in the amount of $99.00 for equipment used to open a drainage swale along the south side of his property at 3613 Silver Lake Road.
