MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to authorize payment of $25 to Darrel Gallick for part of previous <br /> insurance claim, said $25 fo be hefunded to the Village by Minnesota Hospital <br /> Service Association6 <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • Upon order of Mayor McNulty the appointment of Phyllis Mesenbring as <br /> provisional Vi11Qge Clerk was noted in the minutes. <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty it is noted in the minutes that Melba P. <br /> Evanson appeared regarding a claim for award on a street easement taken from <br /> Lot 5, Block 6, Gardina Acres. Mrs Evanson was informed that the claim is <br /> not a valid claim. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to instruct the Village Attorney and Building Inspector to prepare <br /> the necessary forms to order removal of the building at 3912 Foss Road owned <br /> by Clifford Moser and the greenhouse framing at 34th Avenue N.
