s <br /> VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 25, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, January 25, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Curtis O'Connor, W. R. Dougherty, Clem Springer, Robert Bailey, Richard <br /> Sorenson. <br /> also present: <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Public Works Superintendent, Norbert Maher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> and the following were absent : <br /> None <br /> It was noted on page six that the summary of licenses was omitted in typing . <br /> and that the word property was substituted for properly. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer, it was <br /> • moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of January 11, 1966, be approv- <br /> ed as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Sorenson moved that Resolution No. 66-014 be adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENTION OF THE <br /> SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF BOARD CONTRACT <br /> FOR AND DURING THE YEAR 1966. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved that preliminary approval be given for the second reading of Ordinance <br /> No. 45B "An Ordinance Relating to the Issuance of a Check or Order for the <br /> payment of Money, Amending Ordinance No. 45, Section 3 (E) and Repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 45A, Adopted April 23, 1963". <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
