VILLAGE OF ST. ANTS SONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 22, s.01 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday February 22, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call: <br /> Curtis O'Connor, W. R. Dougherty, Clem Springer, Robert Bailey, Richard <br /> Sorenson. <br /> also presents <br /> Village Attorney, David Doty <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Village Engineer,DeTnhyne Olson <br /> Public Works Supt., Norbert Maher <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> 1h at the minutes of the regular meeting of February 8, 1966 be approved as sub- <br /> mitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Duane Miedtke presented the minutes of the Planning Beard Meeting of February <br /> 15, 1966. <br /> �. Sheldon Mortenson presented his requ3st for a variance to construct two 18 <br /> unit apartments at 3713-21 Foss Road, being lots 13 and lE;, Block 12, Mounds View <br /> Acres, Second Addition. After discussion, it was .moved by Councilman Springer <br /> and seconded by Councilman Dougherty, that the request for variance of 9000 sq. ft <br /> in lot area, plus an architectual variance from brick to stucco, in the spandrels <br /> between windows for each of the two 18 unit apartments, be granted. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> otion Carried. <br /> The Village Attorney was directed to prepare the final draft for the 1966 Contract <br /> of I.U.O.E.
