, r <br /> 6 <br /> COUMCIL iNIPUTES <br /> June 14, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor pro tem at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday June 14, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: <br /> O'Connor <br /> Also Present: <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond A. Haik <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Councilman Springer, ' it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the meeting of May 24, 1966. be. approved as submitted. <br /> • Motion Carried. <br /> Mayor pro tem Dougherty announced that this was the time and the place for the <br /> holding of the Public Hearing for the proposed 1966 Improvements as advertised <br /> in the official Village Newspaper. <br /> Mr. DeWayne Olson, Comstock and Davis, Village engineers, reviewed each area <br /> as proposed to be served by storm sewers. The General areas were pointed out <br /> from maps constructed to show the area boundaries, and their relationship to <br /> the proposed projects. He reviewed each area as proposed explaining the break- <br /> down of costs on a 100 square foot basis and on an acerage basis. The areas <br /> were outlined as follows: (1 ) Stinson Boulevard Outlet, (2) Stinson Boulevard <br /> connection to new outlet, (3) Silver Lake Outlet, (4) Outlet Drainage District <br /> #4, (5) Internal Storm Sewer, drainage district #4. <br /> Mr. Olson again reviewed the storm sewer projects as previously explained. <br /> Mayor pro tem Dougherty asked if there were any questions on area #i,Stinson <br /> Boulevard outlet. There being no questions, this portion of the hearing was <br /> declared closed. <br /> Mayor pro tem Dougherty asked if there were any questions on area #2, Stinson <br /> Boulevard connection to new outlet. There being no questions, this portion <br /> of the hearing was declared closed. <br /> The Silver Lake Outlet, area #3, was next opened for discussion. Mr. Curtis <br /> Englund of Silver Lane asked what the proposed elevation for the Silver Lake <br /> Outlet was to be. Mr. DeWayne Olson informed him that the elevation was <br /> proposed at 932. Mr. Josept Rosinek asked if area projects #1 and 2 are prop- <br /> osed to go ahead and area #3 held because of negotiation with New Brighton. <br /> He was informed that the construction of areas #1 and 2 were dependent on a <br />
