-5- Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-052 and moved that it be adopted. RESOLUTION NO. 66-052 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS. The Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. Voting on the Resolution: Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson Nay: None The Resolution was declared adopted. The engineers report on the estimated cost of constructing a storm sewer from the rear property line north of 35th Avenue N.E. and between Stinson Boulevard and Roosevelt was received and tabled to the meeting of July 12th, 1966. • Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved that the following requests for change of routes by Twin Cities Lines, Inc. be approved: 1 . Request to operate the Northwest Terminal bus line on Stinson Boulevard between 29th Avenue N.E. and 33rd Avenue N.E. 2. Request to operate Bryant-Johnson bus line (Route 4) on 37th Avenue N.E., east from Johnson St. to Stinson Boulevard. A turn around effected by operating around a triangle using a segment of Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue N.E. to 37th Place. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that N.S.P. Company's request to place a pole on 33rd Avenue N.E., east of Roosevelt Court be approved. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer, it was moved that N.S.P. Company's request to place one pole on Shamrock Drive North of 39th Avenue be denied until plan for service of the whole block is sub- mitted. Voting on the Motion: Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Sorenson, Springer Nay: Bailey Motion Carried.
