y �1 <br /> -5 <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the bid of Brookdale Ford Co. for the supplying of one three-quarter ton <br /> pick up truck, per specifications, at a bid price of $1929.36 be accepted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved that the bid of Brookdale Ford Co., for the supplying of one police car, <br /> per specifications, at a bid price of $2858.89 be accepted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 67-010 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-010 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN <br /> FUNDS IN ACCOUNT NO, 411. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> • Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Ra_�-ltition declared adopted. <br /> rop. Village Manager's request for the inclusion of the Assistant Manager's <br /> position in contract negotiations with Local 792 at $25.00 per month increase <br /> %rn-, approved by voice consent. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the request for variance of 12 feet for rear yard be granted over Lot 6, <br /> Block 1, Olson's Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mrs. Fritz, Suburban Hennepin Relief Association, appeared before the Council <br /> relative to the Village's participation in the Federal Food Stamp Plan. After <br /> discussion, <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the Village participate in the Federal Food Stamp plan. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> • Nay: Mayor O'Connor <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
