VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 24, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to <br /> order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday January 24, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Absent: <br /> Sorenson <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Public Works Supt., Norbert Maher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of January 10, 1967 be <br /> approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Donald Kronk presented the Planning Board Minutes of the meeting of January <br /> 17, 1967. Mr. Kronk explained that due to lack of attendance by petitioners <br /> that the agenda items were tabled. After review, Councilman Bailey moved <br /> and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the necessary variance be granted along <br /> the west property line per plan submitted by St. Anthony School District <br /> #282 for the construction of an addition to the St. Anthony High School. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 67-012 and moved that it be <br /> acb pted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR & VILLAGE MANAGER <br /> TO APPROVE THE 1967 SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF <br /> BOARD CONTRACT. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: O'Connor <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Mayor announced that this was the time and the place for the holding of <br /> the Supplemental Assessment hearing for the assessment of costs for the <br />
